Back in 1985, when Mallorca was advertised with tropical names, Bananas was born as a “chiringuito”. Originally, a place where drinks were offered to tourists on the island. But in 2021 starts a new trajectory at the hands of the owner’s son, turning it into a Mediterranean restaurant. This new Bananas aims to honor the legacy of the islands, betting on the local product and quality, returning to the roots but always moving forward.
To do this, we have proposed a new brand that is more contemporary, daring and adaptable to the needs of the restaurant.
